Hi guys,

So in this tutorial, I am doing a Cinderella, I am hoping that a prince is gonna come along with a glass nail that fits my ring finger and whisk me away.

Don’t worry though, I’ll still do nail videos from my super new studio in the palace we’ll both live in. Well, a girl can dream can’t she.

Anyway, back to the nail. So having super clear nails is so cool at the minute, but it’s not easy to get your acrylic that crystal clear because of those pesky bubbles!

So here I give you some very simple steps to follow to eradicate the air bubbles and give you the most clear acrylic you have ever seen.

1. Make sure you have no bubbles in your brush! Squeeze it out on the bottom of your dappen dish, a nice wide one will help you out with this and make sure you have enough monomer in your dish.

2. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT bleed your bead out. Place that sucker right onto the nail because if you bleed it out that is where you’re gonna start getting air bubbles. Now I know it’s gonna be a lot runnier than you’re used to but bear with it, the faff is worth it!

3. Now comes the difficult part, you have to get the bead into place with as little manipulation as is humanly possible, because every time you press into the acrylic, you can potentially introduce air bubbles and that is exactly what we’re trying to avoid.

Anyway, I hope this video was useful to you and that you love this design as much as I do. Make sure to like, subscribe and share us on all the socials.

This is AMAZING!!!! I am curious though about the “raised” bling lol aren’t they too high applied with acrylic? Or does it sink in as it sets up and dries?

Hiya. I just got my starter kit and trying to practice on nail tips and a kebab stick ! I’m finding it hard to cure the stick to the nail with builder gel. My other gel hasn’t arrived yet. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I prepped nail ie tugging it inside and out. What an i doing wrong. And where can I get nail strips to practice on it the beautiful stands I use.

I love watching artisans create. I love watching good educators. I love watching people who provide amazing customer service. And I especially love people who get 1,000,000 followers on YouTube by being their authentic self. I don’t do nails. I’m a man. But I appreciate craftsmanship. And you are an artist. And the fact that people get to carry your art and wear it with pride, and you craft it with care as an extension of their personality that they don’t have the talent to do themselves is really really cool.
